We're Amarachi and Michael Toryila — the founders behind Thronova Consulting. We're based in Manitoba, Canada, and we work with small and medium-sized businesses across the country who are ready to build smarter, not just harder.

Why We Built This

When our son David was born, something shifted. We both knew we wanted to be present parents — not parents who were always working. But we're also visionary people. We wanted to build something that mattered, something that genuinely helped the businesses and people we cared about.

Thronova was our answer to both. A consulting firm built on the belief that the right systems give people back their time — and that includes us.

Between us, we bring experience across financial services, corporate operations, research, program management, and manufacturing leadership. We've worked inside large organizations and seen firsthand how much time gets lost to manual processes, outdated systems, and tools that were never designed to scale.

Amarachi Toryila, DPM

Co-Founder

Amarachi brings a background in product management, business analysis, and corporate operations. She leads the systems design and delivery side of Thronova — translating business needs into practical, automated solutions that actually work in the real world.

She has built partner management portals, automated workflow systems, and AI-powered tools for clients across Canada. Her approach is precise, methodical, and grounded in what will genuinely serve each client's growth stage.

Michael Toryila

Co-Founder

Michael brings experience in research, program management, and operational leadership in manufacturing environments. He leads the business strategy and client relationship side of Thronova — ensuring every engagement is aligned to the outcomes that actually matter to each client.

His strength is in systems thinking and people — understanding how an organization works, where the real bottlenecks are, and what needs to change for the business to move forward.
